Train: Arrive at Newcastle Central Station. Walk north for about 15 minutes through the city center toward the Helix site.​

Metro: Take the Tyne & Wear Metro to St James station. Exit and walk roughly 5 to 6 minutes toward St James' Park and the Newcastle Helix development.​

Bus: Use local routes stopping on Barrack Road or Westgate Road. Both are a short 5-minute walk from the building.​​

Car / Parking: Limited paid public parking is available nearby at the Newcastle Helix multi-storey car park or around St James' Park.
